Great support from management on employee benefits

No cons as of now

Very supportive seniors. Can learn a lot of relevant tech stacks. Freshers get a lot of freedom to break things and learn. Flexible Work timings. Get to actively change an app used by a lot of my friends.

Hikes are not as competitive as competition. Very bad additional benefits, barely any coupons for our own app, and NO benefits from MakeMyTrip.

The direction is changing everytime, high turn over, the pressure is real.

Cons weigh more than any Pros (found ever)

No clear career path guidance from seniors. Zero room for talent recognition. Low salary, More and out of the way work expectation. Leadership doesn't drive any learning culture, Low budgets, Poor Politics, Poor Fooding facility, No cabs facility. Company only for show with no real benefits for career. People above you don't have any people management skills. Mental health is not a priority here.

Few management people are biased with their employees and upper management is not aware about it. Extreme politics and playing of mind games Unprofessional behaviour, personal grudges, to take revenge attitude for those employees who are not in their favour and misuse of their contacts. Spreading rumours about employees in their absence, torturing employees mentally and emotionally to quit the job Torturing of employees after leaving the job as well. Humiliation of employees infront of others, targetting employees with unexpected targets, provoking them to quit every now and then, giving negative and fake feedbacks to upper management Interested to know about other employees or colleague's personal life for commenting and making jokes on it publicly and what they are not good at Promotion and appraisal of their favorite employees only, degradating other team members and never appreciate them. Uncooperative colleagues.
