What is working from home like at the LEGO Group?

Very strict rules about showing up in the office, despite the fact that the company is located in an area that no one wants to live in, and therefore many are forced to commute for very long distances

Really motivated people from my experience, majority are passionate and nice. Good work to life balance, two home work days and three office. Solid salary and benefits, not getting rich unless high up, but nice benefits with vacation, free coffee, inexpensive lunches, good product discounts if you're a Lego fan. If you're manager's cool, it can be a fun place to work.

Billund is not for everybody, It's a tiny company town in the middle of nowhere without a direct train connection from Copenhagen, which is unusual for Denmark considering Lego is one of its top employers.

Fun environment, hot desk policy and have the option to work from home. Attractive office with gym, canteen and Lego everywhere,

The training was very long and tiring and not enough support once in the role. Pay was not great.
