Straight forwards managerial questions formed the base of the interview. Competency based for the majority, eg tell me a time where you have done this or that. Friendly interview panel.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ørsted in Feb 2022
Interview
2 rounds of interviews, 90 minutes each. After the first round there is a cognitive test and a psychological test. The psych test forms the basis of questions for the second round. Questions are all behavioural. 2 interviewers in the first round interview and 3 interviewers in the second round. The overall process took about a month.
