The interview process started with an online application, followed by a phone screening with HR. The HR interview focused on my background, communication skills, and motivation for applying. After that, I had an interview where I was asked about problem-solving approaches, basic networking concepts, and how I would handle customer technical issues. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and the overall process was well organized and smooth.

Interview
The first step was an IQ pattern test. It consisted of visual pattern questions where I had to analyze the sequence and choose the next shape that fits the same logic. The test was timed and required focus and quick thinking.
After finishing the iq test, I start an AI-recorded interview. Each question appeared on the screen and was also read out loud by an AI Hr. I had to respond using my camera and microphone. Every question had a time limit for answering.
