Interview
Job listing was out for a month or two. We were asked to create a video. It took 6-8 weeks to hear back from them before an interview was placed. We had a full day workshop with the finalist which was a great introduction into the business. We had to present a case study we were given in advance and some on the spot tests. We were then called back for a second round interview where we met with directors and other members of the business. Finally we got a call back which told us we got the job or not. Luckily I was one of the two to get a job.

First I had a video call interview, I was later asked to submit a one minute video, and then I was invited to a in person bootcamp, every thing seemed pretty great, as I was really doing well in all the steps of the way, and they also seemed really optimistic, however I wasn't offered a position in the end.
