Few questions told me about job requirements and asked if I thought I was capable of doing the job then filled out paper work for background check and credit check And was told they would be in contact with me.

It is 2 part interview first with the branch manager then with your potential regional director. My first interviw was in person and then over the phone with the regional director. They can be in person as well depending on how far their office is.
