I was found by the hiring manager *first* and he put me through the process. First we had lunch to discuss the opportunity. Then I was put in contact with the HR/ Recruiting team. This was a formality. There were a series of hour long interviews; all with good questions for both Peers and management. Finally an offer was made over dinner & beer. Best interview process I've ever been through.
