Interview has the classic pre-screen, informative interview, technical interview, and then an interview with upper management. Interview process is long and inefficient and lacked transparency. Be prepared to ask questions to expose this.

very laid back, basically just asked my work history and why i wanted the job, it was a one on one with the hiring manager. there was only one interview. they made an offer on the spot during the interview, i counter offered and they gave me like 50 cents extra.

Very informal. The interview consisted of explaining the job duties and asked when I could start. In their defense it's a very basic position with simple duties and I had the necessary experience.
