Interview with human relations first, then two employees interview. In the process, you also have to submit writing samples too -- including a press release announcing if you got the job. Writing experience and ability to multi-task was important.

Question 1
basically asked me questions to figure out where I would be best suited as an employee.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 300Brand (Alexandria, VA)
Interview
I had a uniquely awful experience interviewing for 300brand. First, I had a brief phone interview. Next step was a writing sample. Afterwards, I had a video interview with two members of the team (account manager and account director). My next step was providing 2-3 references--they called these references immediately, basically the same day that I provided them. A couple days later, they extended me an offer. However...this was a TERRIBLE experience that ultimately came down to a failure of HR. The HR person did not properly communicate with her managers that I had asked for more time to make a decision (which she enthusiastically allowed) and after a couple of weeks of me considering my options (which she supported!) they rescinded my offer. HR blamed me for not showing enough "passion" about the position from the beginning, even though they claimed that they supported my decision-making process and were okay with me taking more than just 7 days to decide. I am extremely glad that I did not take this position, because it is now evident to me that they are unprofessional and poor communicators, which is ironic considering that they work in the communications industry. Extremely disappointed.
