Pretty standard interview process. I met with two of the higher up managers for a casual discussion of my skills and what I was looking for. Then I met with two additional people who would be teammates. Both conversations were generally laidback.

Interview
There is a screen phone call that is 30 minutes. Then before they meet with you they ask you to write a press release of you getting accepted to the job. The HR person is not respectful of people's time. They should be more selective in who they ask to do work for them before they ask them to do it. I don't think they realize that part.
