305 Fitness interview questions

You will be initially screened by the Finance Department as that person seems to be the interim/ in lieu of an actual HR department. Pretty standard interview questions are asked however most of the information will need to come from the CEO. Once speaking to the CEO you will realize that they are not really a people person, and their strength is not " dealing with people." You will also be asked to shadow at the desk, participate in a panel discussion and screening by the site team, participate in a class and be asked to prepare a detailed business plan to present to the owner. You will be compensated for the shadow session and notes. All of these things will be required as part of the interview without guarantee of employment. You may possibly be exposed to in house candidates that are also interviewing for the job and should you get the offer you will already be starting off with challenges as the team will be upset someone was outsourced and possibly having to now teach the person they met at the shadow. It just seems like a very messy process. Prepare to work 55-60 hrs. a week and the salary listed doesn't mention that max for the role is including "incentives" so think (base pay will be 10k to 20k less).

Simple zoom interview, short and sweet. It was very conversational with a focus on past experiences in similar environments. Was disappointed to not receive the offer but positive view towards the company regardless.
