      Behavior Therapist Interview

      Sep 18, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Palmdale, CA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at 360 Behavioral Health (Palmdale, CA) in Sep 2019

      Interview

On Wednesday, the "company" call on my phone explaining if I wanted to go through with the interview for the next day at 4 pm. I answered of course. After confirming to show up on Thursday at 4 pm. I notice the reviews about the company, each of them confirming what was going to happen during the interview. On Thursday, I arrived to the company at 4 pm and noticed a group of 10 people waiting to start their interview. I noticed that there was no receptionist for around 5 minutes. She told us to sign our name on the sheet. She decided to guide all of us into a room. The person aka Raven who we assume was going to interview , each of us 1:1 decided to explain that this was a group interview. No information during the phone call explain that it would be a group interview so all of us were shocked. Raven had an assistance who was not professional. Raven explained that people would be paid based on their education level. If a client cancels then you would not get paid. You do not get paid for training. Their excuse was " how is it fair to pay someone who wont pass the test." Yes, apparently there is a test everyone has to pass before they can get hired by this "company." Stay away from this company.

      Interview

We had a group interviewing process to describe our history working with kids. I remember it was to make sure we had a background of teaching kids to some capacity. I remember the only people who came back to do it were the ones that had over a few years of either babysitting, Sunday school teachers, and preschool teaching.
