      J'ai été directement contacté via LinkedIn par le Talent Acquisition Director Alexandre Guyau pour passer un entretien pour un poste de Trainer chez 360Learning. Après notre appel, ce dernier m'a confirmé qu'il serait heureux de poursuivre le processus de recrutement (si je suis d'accord - à quoi j'ai répondu oui) et qu'il reviendra vers moi en fin de journée avec les prochaines étapes. Je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles, même après une relance. Ce comportement de ghosting est inacceptable, surtout lorsqu'on confirme la suite du processus au paravent. Dommage car entretien et échanges très intéressants, mais comportement non professionnel, la moindre des choses c'est de tenir les candidats informés.
