Four interviews; two on-site and two off-site. During the third interview a verbal offer was extended which I accepted followed by a formal email. The salary was very low and not commensurate with years of experience which I communicated to leadership. I was asked back for a fourth interview and at two weeks have not received any direction one way or another.
