If you have time to discuss this further, I would like to get to the bottom of how this interview happened and left you feeling unsure of any aspect of our company. Occasionally we have people who are new to the role of conducting interviews, because we are a management training program. A few points:
1. We do have base pay, and commission as well.
2. We are happy to answer any questions you have directly.
3. We have expanded from 8 people in 2012 to have over 300 people with 8 senior partners, all of whom started entry-level - so I believe that would qualify as career growth.
4. Over 90% of our team is college-educated
5. At the end of 2014 we generated a gross profit of 3.2 million in revenue for our clients.
6.We strongly stand by Direct Marketing, it is the most effective way to reach the growth we have been sustaining
7. 2015 we will be expanding into 4 new locations
8. The business we’re running is a true meritocracy. Simply put, when you develop and perform well, you advance. Our people advance—without exception—based purely on the results they generate for the business. Age and tenure are meaningless measures at our company. Hard work speaks volumes at our company.
9. And yes the pay structure is based off hard work,
10. And yes we do give out incentives if that's what you mean by materials, like tickets to NFL,NBA,NHL or Soccer games, and we have started going to college games as well now. We like to have a lot of fun at our company.
11. We were nominated Best Place to Work 2 years in row, and going for a third, so we highly doubt the "Washington Business Journal" would be part of a pyramid scheme or associate themselves with one.
12.Its very easy to judge from the outside, and not knowing full details unless you work here ,but we care about our people in this company, and helping them reach goals whether it be with our company or learning what they need to learn from our company to take with them to another career so they can advance and be very successful.
13. In this company we are very passionate about helping our clients,customers, and the people within this firm. And we stand by what we do 120% because we have a very high success rate for those that our willing to put there work ethic on the line, who share the same core values as we do. The candidates we choose to work with will grow in this firm very rapidly and as long as they are willing to work hard in order to grow. we do not believe in stagnation, we believe in fast growth and personal development.
