First one an HR round in 3i - infotech then a technical interview at client site.
After the client had selected me for the job, documentation and salary discussion was done in 3i infotech on the next day.

There wasn't any question they asked that I didn't know.
1. resume shortlist process 2. technical round - it's on your recent project and oops concepts 3. hr discussion - they force to join early then only they give offer letter
