I was requested to complete the aptitude test after my application. What didn't sit well with me was the fact that i was tasked to do marketing related questions such as coming up with Newsletter designs even though i was applying for a project management role. Moreover, after the test, i did not receive any email letting me know if i was selected or not. To me, i feel as though i was made to do actual work for them behind the scenes.
