I went through a phone interview then asked to take a work process test. The test was well over three hours but you were given only three to complete it. I took the test their last day in the office before their two week winter break. I waited to see if I heard anything back and two weeks after their break ended (four total weeks), I sent an email asking what the statues of my test was. I received no email response back which I think is incredibly rude when you've already went through numerous rounds of the interview process.
