Question 1
What are your strategies for sustainably growing the business through talent acquisition?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 512Financial (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but upon joining was told it needed to be cut short as the interviewer had another booking. Not sure if that was true or not. That definitely didn't start it off on a good foot. I already had a bad feeling about getting the role as it seems the only holders of the role at the company used to go to the founder's university. It wasn't a good process and it felt like a decision was already made once they saw me.
