8fit interview questions

I got an e-mail to set up an interview at Zoom. A few hours before the interview date, I received an email saying the interview had been canceled and another general email telling me that the job was no longer open. The email was sent without any explanation as to why, without a phone call apologizing for the way things were going and the real reason for canceling the interview.

Went through an intensive interview process but they passed on me because I didn’t have a skill that was crucial, which they never brought up at the beginning and wasn’t on my resume. Had to do an unpaid task which took 8 hours.
