Phone interview then in person interview with hr. New position, they didn’t know what they were looking for. The interviewer looked bored the whole time. Didn’t have the courtesy to give a call back to say I didn’t get the position. For a company that prides itself on its family culture, very disappointing to be ghosted in this manner.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ABC Home & Commercial Services (Cypress, TX) in Jun 2019
I had a phone interview and was scheduled for a face to face interview with the manager for quality assurance and a HR Rep. The interview questions was more of personality based and few of background/experience questions. It was between 30-45 minutes. I was told a decision would be made by the following week. This was in June and I sent couple of emails to the talent acquisition rep and called to no avail. I feel it's not professional to not let people know where they stand in the hiring process even if you think they will be the right fit for the company instead of just completely ignored them.
- How would you handle a rude customer?
