This seemed a pretty unprofessional thing to admit (applicant goes to effort applying - recruiter casually claims not to have seen any application materials). When I tried to clarify (I had both supplied it and given a verbal precis in the requested video), she repeated her claim not to have it. - She later clarified in an email to me that she did actually have it.
