The interview process happen pretty quick. I met a recruiter at college job fair. I was scheduled for an onsite interview after introducing myself. Then I was asked to complete online modules. We also had a lot of on boarding work that took couple months to complete.
Applied at career fair then interviews at headquarters with 3 different teams. They were nice and asked questions that were relevant to my knowledge and resume. They did ask me questions about my opinion on markets but that was it for technical questions, they really just had a conversation with me which I enjoyed
