Very straightforward! Submit an application by early decision or regular decision deadline and hear back according to submission deadline. One interview and then a decision. Interview based on first choice summer honors program course and potentially second choice.

It was all content based, no behavioral. I interviewed and within two days they got back to me with an offer. around 20 min of questions then some time for logistics and questions for interviewer

Asked why I chose my course and some basic questions - around one per general topic of the courses. Most were answerable without complete knowledge
One interview, 30 minutes with two members of the Academic Programs team. Interview conducted virtually. Straightforward process with reasonable response time. Fair interview process with reasonable questions and good interviewers.
