Interview
The interview consisted of four main sections. First, the interviewer asked basic questions such as availability, willingness to work overtime, leave policy, and preferred working location. This part was mainly to understand my background and expectations. Second, there were two sections of MCQ tests. Each section contained 15 questions, including logic-based questions and technical questions related to problem solving and basic computing knowledge. Third, the interviewer asked questions to understand my personality, communication style, and how I work in a team. Lastly, there were some questions to assess my knowledge, including what I have learned and my understanding of relevant concepts.
The interview was well structured and professional. Questions were relevant, interviewers were approachable, and the discussion clearly explained expectations, role responsibilities, and growth opportunities. Overall, a positive and engaging experience.
