One round of interview, with an HR and three actuaries. The interview took place in a meeting room at the AIA Group office. There were four students in the same session. But it was not like a typical group interview. Unlike common group interviews where candidates discuss a subject or do a presentation together, in this interview the assessors asked questions and candidates answer one by one. There was no cooperation or discussion among candidates. It was more like combining four individual interviews into one session.

I applied online, and got respond from the company few days after I had sent out my application. I had a panel Interview with line managers (both are from valuation teams) and a HR staff, the interview wasn't difficult (see interview questions section), the HR only asks questions like why AIA, strengths and weaknesses, career aspiration...... etc. Line managers asked some more challenging questions but tbh I can't remember what they exactly asked, roughly they're about reserve and risks
