Interview
It is a group interview, start by them describing the overall structure of insurance department, then ask for self introduction and specific questions, and follow-up question ask to all interview candidates.
Group interview. Each person need to make a self introduction then the managers will ask questions about related work experiences. Then, the manager asked whether we know any computer coding and the interview ends.
It is an online interview through Zoom meeting. It is a group interview and it takes around 30 minutes. Candidates was asked to answer the question provided by HR. The HR also spend some time to introduce the company background.
