an offline assessment centre with multiple activities to assess soft skills, such as team work, communication, etc. it was followed by an interview with one of the leadership team members. questions were mainly designed to check motivation and values alignment.

Very interesting, helped me learn a lot about the role and qualifications. The questions had to do more about my character and my aspirations. The interviewers were very helpful and kind as well.
