The interview process was very easy and quick if any one sis looking to get in at AJM I would highly recommend this company so if you are looking for a great company to get into AJM Packaging is the place for with their high paced type of work and this job is great for anyone looking to get warehouse expierence.

The interview questions were easy as well and very precise they hire you right on the spot because they are always looking for people to work a verity of shifts 1,2, and 3 to be exact.

Interview
Very cut and dry. She seemed to have decided she was going to hire me before I went for the interview. The entire process took 15 minutes and there were a lot of interuptions from other supervisors. She seemed mostly concerned about making sure I could or would be willing to work in high heat conditions. I should have heeded the warning, as the factory floor regularly reached 100° F during the work day. Im told the company has since added proper ventilation and this is no longer an issue.
