One on the floor interview with a different manager - they showed me around the store and we started talking to customers and building fitting rooms to get them to spend more money

What is your selling style to get people to talk to you
Nice, it felt very personal and like everyone there was creative and caring. it seems busy but doable and manageable. id love to work there but it seems like there are many applicants
The interview was in person. The managers described 3 different people and to pick out wardrobes for them. They were looking to see see if I could sell clothes. The more outgoing and personality you have the better.
