AKQA Leap Python Backend Developer interview questions

Was asked to interview via telephone for a remote position. Interviewer was very nervous, which is excusable, but was cause for a lot of rambling and going back on themselves to try and clarify what they were saying. The way in which the interview was structured was also strange. I was told to ask any questions I had at the start, which threw me off. The interviewer was not very knowledgeable about the position or the development process for the company, though. So that made getting clear answers difficult. The interview was cut short though, because part way through the interviewer noticed the parent company AKQA “didn’t have payroll set up” for the state I live in… so, “unless I wanted to move to a nearby neighboring state, I wouldn’t be eligible for the position”. So needless to say we cut it off there. Overall not a good look for the company.
