The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
A lot of basic probability questions were asked, which I thought were irrelevant and inadequate in assessing a candidate's skills for this position.Behavioral questions were straightforward. Too many rounds of interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to become a trader? Where else did you apply?
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
