Interview
The interview was for Python Junior Developer and had three rounds.
Round 1: Hackerrank coding round with 5 questions.(easy)
Round 2: 1:1 interview with a developer where he asked about python and reviewed resume.
Round 3: Another hackerrank round(pretty difficult)
Got a reject after this saying that I did not pass the test cases.

Technical Interview - 30 min questions ask about ML, like time series prediction, a database like how to design database, how to improve database design, and some basic statistics knowledge, any random stuff

Interview
All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
