I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a 5 part interview process. It consisted of:
1. Math test (online, 20 minutes)
2. Character traits test (online, about 185 questions)
3. One-sided webcam "interview" (online, 5 minutes)
4. Phone interview with a trader (30 minutes, both behavioral and technical)
5. Final round conducted via web
I only made it through the math test which was all mental math. I answered roughly 35 math questions in the first 1/3 of the test, and answered roughly 18 sequence questions in the last 2/3. It was not enough to propel me into the next round.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
