Currently done till personality test. Just be yourself and it should be fine if you're really carved out for the position imo. Waiting to get done with the one side interview now.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL in Jan 2016
Interview
1st round: math mental test such as 23*56; logical test of number series and letter series (I find this part difficult as a non-native)
2nd round: personality test of 185 questions. Be honest - they want to see if you are a fit. If you fake it, you won't feel comfortable in the working environment even if you finally get the job. (personal opinion)
3rd round: web cam. Motive question, math like in the first round, probability test.
4th round: phone interview on motives and math. I am in this stage right now.
No financial knowledge necessary as the interviewer said interns will get trained during work. Especially like this part, since they only look for your intellectual intelligence, students who doesn't major in finance are not at a disadvantage.
The interview process was quite different to others I had experienced. It was very no nonsense straight into the technical questions without much introduction. Overall a good but from personal experience different process
