Very unprofessional software developer consultancy company. They don't have any intention of promoting their company to possible new colleagues. It was almost like they hate being there. They didn't even introduce themselves or introduce the company. I have been directly asked about my notice period, my salary expectation and some disconnected unrelated questions at this level of the interview. Pretty weird! They didn't give me any chance to ask questions to them. I had to make my way to ask about what they do, how do they collaborate with their customer companies in the end -- almost by forcing my question's way in. The interview was completely empty.

Ho sostenuto tre colloqui con Alten nel corso degli anni. Il primo, tempo fa, era andato molto bene e mi hanno fatto un offerta. Tuttavia, negli ultimi 2 anni sono stato contattato 2 volte da HR ed è successa una dinamica davvero scoraggiante:
Mi hanno contattato per un'opportunità, ho dato la disponibilità a sostenere il colloquio, e mi è stato chiesto quale fosse la mia RAL desiderata. Ho indicato una cifra ragionevole, appena 5K in più della mia attuale RAL da senior. Da lì, silenzio assoluto.
Questo è accaduto due volte, con due recruiter diversi. Sembra quasi una prassi aziendale.
A mio avviso, è un comportamento poco professionale e irrispettoso del tempo e delle aspettative dei candidati. Un minimo di feedback, anche negativo, sarebbe stato il minimo sindacale.
Deluso e per nulla propenso a riprovare in futuro.

Proceso bastante rapido y guiado, conteniendo 3 etapas, con rrhh, tecnica y con cliente final.
Siempre informado respecto al proceso, bastante comodo cada etapa tenia una duracion aproximada de 1 hora, en la cual hacian preguntas tipicas y a nivel tecnico mas una charla con ejemplos practicos

Processo breve con requisiti nella media del mercato, dopo di cui ho ricevuto l'offerta economica, ma qui non c'è stata sincronizzazione.I colloqui sono a 4 fasi: hr, hr/tech, leetcode e tech.
