4)Pre technical interview, told to wait another 2/3 weeks for the technical interview

Difference between thread and process. What do I need to do to make two processes communicate? How can two processes communicate without using sockets? Shared memory and pipe.

3 phases:
1) technical background/ discussion and location, salary (33k - 35k for 2 y.o.exp in embedded systems.) not negotiable at this stage (passed. Feedback: good)
2) soft communication skills, present yourself in 3 minutes, explain the 2 company services provided (full package or send a consultant over to customer). Show interest in working on varied projects. (Passed. Feedback : stay concise)
3) Discussion w/ sub-Director to discuss overall goals.
Each interview is ~1 hour. Overall very nice people in the industry.

I was called from the HR who asked about my motivations and the interest in the position and location. The interview was general, not really specific for the position. I am a fresh graduate engineer.
