I applied on a Monday, received an immediate response within one hour requesting an in-person interview. The whole process was rushed and they seemed desperate. Employees later reported the President stated they needed “any warm body” to fill the position. The interview took place in the President’s restaurant, Urban Farmer, which was a shock for a nonprofit to host interviews in Denver’s most expensive restaurant. The President never attends interviews. I was offered the position within 4 days of applying. They do not perform background checks, reference checks, or any other verification.
