Interview
I applied online and called the HR representative for my county. Once I got ahold of him he gave me a number to another person who then gave me an interview. I went dressed very professional and prepared for behavior based questions. I was given a 120 question test over basic skills, and once I passed that I was directed into the interview process. It was very relaxed and just like having a normal conversation with someone, my interviewer took notes on my answer and asked questions from a standardized packet. Once finished with that, they directed me to an office and offered me a position on the spot. My advice is be very professional and research the company. Be prepared for behavioral based questions and know how to answer them confidently.

Asked very few questions if any about clinical knowledge. This was an easy interview with two of the individuals on the hiring team. The interview was entirely over the phone and I was offered the job on the spot.
