I applied for the job online and in a matter of a few days I got a phone call. Initially on the phone we had a really good chat about myself and what the role was and if I could do well at the role. I was then called for a role play and interview a week late. I was fully briefed for the role play, the interview lasted approximately 25 minutes. The interview questions were very specific and detailed which required detailed answers.

Fantastic experience, I was shown around the office, staff are incredibly friendly, supportive and welcoming. The activities were in no way intimidating, there were about three challenges. After the group activities there was a one to one interview where I was made to feel relaxed and given the opportunity to talk about myself.
