The interview was conducted by both an HR representative and the hiring manager. They asked me to introduce myself and then moved on to several technical questions. HR asked a series of behavioural questions and requested examples that demonstrated specific qualities—which I later learned were the company’s five behavioural attributes. The interview concluded with a discussion about my expected salary.
Typical interview with both technical and behavioural questions. It was very much straight into it, sort of like a government interview. The interview had HR, an SME and the Hiring Manager
There were two interviews. The first was by phone, and the second by video. Both interviews went well enough, but the timing from interviews to rejection was a little drawn out.
