I applied for the position on Indeed and was contacted the next day by email for an interview. They had me answer some simple questions and gave a more detailed explanation of the position. That was fine.
The next day, I received an email from the same person with a link to her calendar. No instructions were given, though, so I didn't set up a time. She didn't include any text in the email, just a link to her calendar. She called (I didn't answer as it was out of state) and asked I resubmit a time. I told her any time would work. She sent the same link, again, with no instructions.
She never followed up after I left a message the second time.
It seems like the process could be improved. The opportunity didn't look legitimate because of lack of communication.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. It sounds like improving our communication would help to make the overall candidate experience much better. This is an area that we are working hard to improve daily.
