APM Group interview questions

The process comprised three interviews. The first with HR which was quite distracting as they hand wrote every word I said. They asked a mixture of standard ethics and some skill's based questions, then I met senior management who filled me in about the role and the challenge and asked some basic SEO/ digital marketing questions. In my final stage I met the CEO.

First they will ask you to do the psychometric and language test (This is compulsary). The next step is depend on your role. A case is given and it's your role to solve. I also was asked to demonstrate skill as facilitator and trainer.
