Typical interview, round one was a zoom call, the they had me fill out an evaluation, and round two was in person. It's a sales job so they want to know my personality and evaluate how I'll interact with customers. I don't have a lot of sales experience but it was fairly straightforward everyone was friendly. I was very familiar with the local branch where I interviewed due to previous work experience but had not previously met the people for the interview.
