Straightforward, spoke with HR for a phone interview then was called a week later to set up an in person interview. Next step was a background check, which took a week. Started the job a month later after receiving offer. Had to send a lot of paperwork to NY before I was able to start the job.

The questions were focused on determining your sales background, how personable you are, an communication skills. I was also asked about my experience and knowledge of music licensing, and I found it rather easy due to my degree in the music business.

Phone screening with NY office and in person interview on location in specific city. In person interview lasted less than 5 minutes. The only place to grow is within sales and they panel seemed to write you off if you expressed interest in wanting to grow in other areas of the company.
