Interview
Very informal. There were 13 of us all together, we had to go through one or two group tasks (I felt they were very patronising). Then we each had an individual interview that lasted roughly 15 minutes. Lastly we had 20 minutes on the shop floor filling out a questionnaire. The whole process lasted 2 and a quarter hours.

I applied online and within a week received an email telling me about my interviews arrived and was placed in a room with other interviewees in which we did group activities, later we began to have 1 on 1 interviews with the recruitment manager.After two weeks I was given a job at asda and worked there for over a year

Interview
Interview was a group interview where we had to interact with the other colleague and do team building exercises. We had to make a house out of spaghetti and marshmallows and sell the home in a group. We also had to learn some facts about the person next to us and present it to the rest of the group.
