Interview questions very basic and straight forward. However, difficult to get your career experience across. Really friendly interaction with interviewers. Open format everyone really friendly throughout the process. Very quick response to outcome of interview process. Awaiting job role confirmation.

Interview
An assessment day with all other candidates which includes a lot of role play and team working. Each candidate is scored separately and then they are so many ASDA managers making notes and scoring each individual at each stage/process of the day. At the end of the day a candidate needs to present a tem minute presentation of there journey so far.
