No interview rather did a trial shift of about 30/45 minutes. Then showed us around the store and where we will find what and the process of how things will work and what each department does.

Interview
There was no interview process for their position as Online Store Colleague. I applied, received a call a month later to ask if I was still interested, and I got asked to bring in my right to work documents. Received a phone call a couple of days later to ask if I could start that week.
