The process consists of 3 part. First is psychological test, second is the manager interview and then the last is with the regional director. The process happens so fast that only within 2 weeks the offered are being made

Can you tell us about the last project you worked on?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASUS (Taipei) in Jan 2025
Interview
I took two tests (logic/ English) for about 2 hrs first.
Then, managers interviewed about 1 hr and then with HR. Asked very detailed questions. One of the manager is pretty intense.
