The interview was very simple. It started with ye olde "tell me about yourself" From there I gave my not to sound premeditated professional experience speach. Then I was asked to give an example of a process improvement I was involved in. Luckily I had one to speak of. I do have to say that the two managers were obviously inexperienced in the interview process. One was consistantly checking the blackberry, and the other had a hideous loud laugh that seemed to happen frequently and at inappropriate times. I was contacted a day later to interview with the director. With this one I only got ye olde "tell me a little about yourself" after that we just chatted about our familes etc, This was a comfortable interview. It seemed like the director was making sure the managers made the right choice.
